We provide you with complimentary Pickup & Delivery service for all your dry cleaning and laundry needs. If you are located in Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Branson, Republic, Forsyth, Hollister, and Branson West we will gladly stop by your home or office to pick up and drop off your dry cleaning.

Q: Is there any extra cost with home delivery? 

A: We only charge a $1.00 per pick-up. You pay the same prices we charge in our stores. The $1.00 charge is an extremely small charge that is associated with this service as gas prices vary.

Q: Where will my clothes be picked up and delivered at? 

A:  Your clothes will be picked up and dropped off at your pre-determined location. Example: Office closet, front porch, or another weather protected area.

Q: How will I let you know I have a pick-up? 

A: You will have a scheduled delivery time, twice a week.

 Q: What do I put my clothes in?

A: We will provide you with a free “Lloyds Dry Cleaning” bag.

Q: Do I need to be home or at the office for the pick-up and delivery? 

A: No. Your driver will pick-up and drop off at your pre-determined location.

 Q: When will my clothes be picked up and dropped off? 

A: When you sign up you will be contacted by your driver to schedule your pick-up and drop-off days.  Depending on the area in which you live, or work, your schedule will either be Monday/Wednesday, Wednesday/Friday, or Tuesday/Thursday.

Q: Will you deliver on Holidays? 

A: We will inform you of schedule changes around the Holidays.

Q: Will you recycle all my old hangers?

A: Yes. We do recycle old hangers and plastic. Place them in the top of your bag and the driver will pick them up.   

Q: What do I do when I have special requests? 

A: Just leave a detailed note in your bag and please mark the specific garment with your special instructions.

Q: What do I do if there is an issue with my clothes? 

A: Contact your driver immediately so we will be able to resolve the issue.

Q: Do you do Alterations?

A: Yes. Pin the alteration instructions to the garment. It will take about a week on alterations.

Q: How do I pay for the service?

A: We will charge your cleaning directly to your credit card once it has been delivered.

Q: Will my credit card information be safe?

A: Yes. The information is stored off premises and not in our system.
